What is the processing time for custom baseball apparel?

Customized items, including jerseys with player names and numbers, typically take 7-10 business days to process before shipping to ensure the highest quality print and embroidery.

Do you offer bulk discounts for school teams or leagues?

Yes, we offer competitive team pricing for orders of 12 units or more. Please contact our team sales department through our contact form for a custom quote.

What is your return policy on baseball bats?

Unused bats in their original heat-shrunk plastic wrap can be returned within 30 days. Once the wrapper is removed, the bat is considered used and is no longer eligible for return, though it may still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status by logging into your Prep Baseball Shop account.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
